PIGCLOUD f181712cf2 feat(pay): 增强支付回调接口的XSS防护功能 
- 在aliCallbak和mergeCallbak接口中添加Content-Type和X-Content-Type-Options安全头
- 在mergeBuy接口中设置安全响应头防止XSS攻击
- 统一使用MediaType.TEXT_PLAIN作为响应内容类型
