refactor(build): 移除多个模块中spring-boot-maven-plugin的CLASSIC配置

Browse Source 
- 统一清理pigx-flow/pigx-app-server等模块的冗余loaderImplementation配置
- 简化各模块pom.xml中的spring-boot-maven-plugin配置项
