fix: 为 JDK 25+ 添加 Byte Buddy 版本覆盖 profile

- 新增 jdk25-byte-buddy profile，在 JDK 25 及以上环境显式指定
  Byte Buddy 版本为 1.18.11，避免 Sentinel BOM 引入的旧版不兼容
