PIGCLOUD 74fb06e3ea feat(deps): 升级 Spring Boot 4.1.0 并迁移 Redis 监听到 @RedisListener 
- spring-boot.version 4.0.6 -> 4.1.0
- 共享容器 Bean 改名为 redisMessageListenerContainer，适配 Boot 4.1 按名称回退的自动配置
- ClientDetailsInitRunner/DynamicRouteInitRunner 移除 InitializingBean 手工注册，改用 @RedisListener
- WxMpInitConfigRunner 移除自定义 redisContainer Bean，改用 @RedisListener
- 注意：需配合 Nacos 共享配置关闭 spring.cloud.compatibility-verifier（SC 2025.1.1 官方仅声明兼容 Boot 4.0.x）

PIGCLOUD 5d561bee33 feat(pigx-codegen): 支持实体生成到独立 api 模块 
- 新增 DataModelConstants 定义 API_PATH、ENTITY_PATH 等实体路径常量
- 实现 setEntityModel 方法，自动识别 `-biz` 模块同级 `-api` 模块，将实体生成路径和包名切换到 api 模块
- 更新 gen_template.sql 代码生成模板，使用 entityClassName、entityPath 等动态变量替代硬编码包路径
- 扩展 isSpringBoot3 判断逻辑，兼容 SpringBoot 4.x 主版本

PIGCLOUD f3c0b2034c feat(pigx-upms-biz): 重构微信小程序登录，由 openid 改为手机号登录 
- 修改 `MiniAppLoginHandler` 登录流程：使用前端 `getPhoneNumber` 返回的 code 换取手机号，并通过手机号获取用户信息；绑定逻辑改为写入手机号字段
- 引入微信接口调用凭证（access_token）的获取与 Redis 缓存机制，减少重复请求
- 新增 `SecurityConstants` 中 `MINI_APP_ACCESS_TOKEN_URL` 和 `MINI_APP_PHONE_NUMBER_URL` 常量
- 移除自动创建小程序用户逻辑，未绑定时直接返回 null
- 提取微信响应校验、缓存读取/写入、HTTP 请求等方法，便于单元测试覆盖

PIGCLOUD 61adedf902 fix(pigx-common-data): 添加 SQL 注入检查并移除自定义转义方法 
- 在数据权限拦截器中添加 SQL 注入检查，使用 MyBatis-Plus 的 SqlInjectionUtils 工具类
- 移除原有的 escapeSql 自定义转义方法，直接使用原始 username 参数
- 在生成条件表达式和查询语句时增加注入检查逻辑，发现注入风险时返回空结果集
